TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Membership
A membership is personal and starts at registration and payment and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Your information is used only for membership creation and is not disclosed to third parties. Changes in personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, etc. must be notified
immediately to Pole Addict. It is the responsibility of the member that Pole Addict always has the correct information.
Right of withdrawal: If your membership has been purchased online, you have 14 days of withdrawal. In case of withdrawal of membership there is a fee of DKK 199.
2. Duration and membership types
PBS memberships are continuous memberships and run until terminated. Memberships with binding do not automatically terminate upon expiration of binding period BUT must also be terminated in accordance with clause, cf. 14.

Please note that in case of promotional offers (temporary offers), the member automatically transfers to Pole Unlimited Incl. Hoop WITHOUT binding when the binding period is over. If you do not wish this, you must inform this to the Pole Addict no later than 32 days before the end of the binding period. We guarantee that there is available space each week, but we cannot guarantee space on specific classes, as booking takes place according to the “first come first served” principle. At full classes, you will automatically be on the waiting list and will receive an email when there is space on the team.
3. Under age Members (18 years)
If a person under the age of 18 years or lack legal capacity, PBS membership can only be obtained if a guardian signs a membership for the person in charge of the guard. Unless the person under the age of 18, with the parents’ consent, can pay for membership by signing in to Payment Service.
4. Cancellation of reservation
If a member is prevented from using a class booking, notice must be given no later than 3 hours before the start. If a member does not:
1) sign off for a class reservation on time or 2) attend the class, the member is charged a fee according to the current rate (DKK 35, -).
The fine does not release the team reservation. With a clipboard you lose a clip.
Cancellations for one-lessons, private lessons and semi-private lessons must be reported no later than the day before 12:00, by telephone. In the event of cancellation or no-show, it is not possible to have the unsubscribed lesson reimbursed and the money will not be refunded.
5. Rules of Procedure
During training always wear clothing that is intended for indoor training. Remember dust cloth for wiping
the pole. Equipment and facilities must be cleaned as the training progresses. The house rules must be
respected, as well as rules about permitted aids. Pole Addict reserves the right to terminate a member if he
or she fails to comply with our Rules of Procedure in the studio.
6. Payment
When establishing a PBS membership, the NETS Agreement is signed up and has a monthly fee of 9 kr. and paid in cash or via MobilePay for the creation fee and for the period from creation to first payment via PBS. Then the invoice is withdrawn on the 1st of each month in advance. It is the member’s responsibility to make sure that the PBS agreement/Invoice is subscribed to the bank
7. Late payment
If the (ongoing) invoice of PBS membership is not paid on time, an e-mail is sent to the member and a fee will be charged at the applicable rate DKK 100, –
Pole Addict reserves the right to charge the amount owed through a lawyer or debt collection company, as well as reporting bad payers to RKI (Riber Kredtit informaion)
8. Termination of memberships
Memberships can be terminated with a notice on the current month plus one month. You can only terminate your membership by e-mail cf. 17. The termination is only valid when Pole Addict has sent you a confirmation of termination. There cannot be termination if the membership is suspended or under a binding period. If the membership has been suspended, this must be activated again after which notice can be terminated with the current notice.
9. Suspend
Membership may be suspended before the 10th of the month per. mail, for up to 3 months. The start and end date of the suspension period must be given. For each suspend period, a fee is paid at the current rate (DKK 49, -). In pregnancy and the like, the rules may be overridden.
10. Health and personal injury
All training is done at your own risk. A member is responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at Pole Addict. Pole Addict accepts no responsibility for injury to a member because of an accident or other visitor’s actions or inadequate actions.
11. Valuables
Pole Addict recommends that all items of value be stored inside the gym during training. Pole Addict is not responsible for loss due to theft or property damage. However, large bags, jackets and shoes are not allowed into the training rooms
12. Exclusion of member
Pole Addict may, at any time without notice, interrupt any agreement on membership with immediate effect. All prepayments will be refunded.
13. Changes to Membership Terms
Pole Addict may change member terms including. prices with a notice of 60 days. Changes are announced in the member group on Facebook. Pole Addict has the right to make usual changes in team activities, premises, equipment and opening hours with 2 weeks’ notice when submitting to the study. In addition, Pole Addict can cancel a team or change the instructor/team type on the same day no later than 1 hour before the team’s scheduled start.
If there is not a minimum of 2 members enrolled 3 hours before the scheduled team starts, the holder is automatically canceled. This is sent by mail and can be seen on the booking page.
14.Polterabend and other events based on teaching:
When purchasing a bachelor party and other event based on tuition, the event is not booked until Pole Addict has received a deposit of 400, – DKK. Once the deposit is paid, the money is non-refundable.
The balance is paid 5 days prior to the event, if there is a waiver of participants after the 5 days, the amount will not be refunded. However, you can always buy more people.
The event can be moved no later than 5 days before the date of the event, and if the event is moved more than once, an administration fee of 250, – DKK is charged per time the event is moved.
15.One lessons, private lessons and semi private lessons
When purchasing one-lessons, private lessons and semi private lessons, no booking is made until the payment can be viewed in the Pole Addict bank account. Thereafter, the event cannot be canceled and the amount will not be refunded in case of no-show.
16,Workshops
During the course of the workshop (s) the registration is binding and the amount is non-refundable. However, the workshop can be resold to another person if you are prevented from participating.
You can always stay up to date on the workshop, schedule and the like at the workshop’s Facebook event, which you can find through the Pole Addict Facebook page
Please note that you will not be able to attend the workshop in case of late attendance, and the amount for the workshop will not be refunded.
By purchasing a workshop (s) at Pole Addict Fitness Studio, you accept that all training in Pole Addict’s premises is at your own risk.

Your email is only valid if you receive a confirmation of the change. You can find our contact information at our website www.poleaddict-fitness.com. If there is any doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated, the member must be able to prove that there has been an indisputable termination with date and confirmation from one of Pole Addict’s e-mail accounts – if you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please contact the studio directly within our opening hours.
18. Consent
By purchasing a membership online, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Pole Addict Terms and Conditions.
